Todd Feldman, Sr. Casting Director - IMDB

After graduating from college, Todd set his sights on working in the entertainment industry. He moved to Los Angeles to climb the ladder at Creative Artists Agency, worked his way through the mailroom, and landed in their motion picture literary department. After spending four years in LA, he was drawn back to his roots in NYC, ultimately starting his career in casting. Todd went on to work on such projects as The Sopranos, How To Make it In America, and The Wrestler among many others before he founded Roman Candle Casting in 2009. During this time, Todd also opened the restaurant Speedy Romeo where you can still find him eating pizza on occasion!

Lucy Pho - Sr. Casting Director - IMDB

Originally from Texas, Lucy made Brooklyn her home in 2007 and quickly found her footing as a casting assistant at a leading talent agency. During those 11 years, she’s been lucky enough to work alongside a spectrum of Creators, from first-time directors to seasoned Hollywood icons. It’s her genuine love for people and storytelling that drives Lucy, and she puts her heart into every project, always striving to connect the right talent with the right story.

In 2019, Lucy stepped away from the corporate world and took a leap of faith to co-found Roman Candle Casting. For Lucy, every collaboration is about building relationships and helping bring unique visions to life.
